Yoga Story Time
Yoga Story Time is a unique class infused with yoga poses and life lessons for kiddos on and off the mat. Designed for families with children 2-6 years old in mind, this active and playful class uses songs, stories and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, move with confidence and be kind to themselves and others.
This 30 minute practice is accessible for all and is currently available on-demand in our Virtual Studio as well as a pop-up offering outdoors.

The Empowered Young Woman
Teen Yoga & Mindfulness 6-week Private Series
This 6-week class series is for young women, who are experiencing stress or anxiety learn how to feel empowered so that they can develop positive body and self confidence, harness their authentic voice, and feel comfortable in their feminine power.
This program will explore the ancient wellness teachings designed to lead us to love and value ourselves so that young women are inspired to live with wisdom and self-worth.
Each private 50-minute class (in person at our studio or over Zoom) for up to two teens (ages 10-17) will include a grounding yoga practice, breathing exercises, meditation, self-reflection or journaling and conversation. In addition, students and their families get access to the Zia Virtual Studio which includes 100s of on-demand yoga, meditation and wellness classes for the duration of their program.
$88/ week for 6-weeks - OR - $440 pay in full
