Yoga Story Time
Yoga Story Time is a unique class infused with yoga poses and life lessons for kiddos on and off the mat. Designed for families with children 2-6 years old in mind, this active and playful class uses songs, stories and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, move with confidence and be kind to themselves and others.
This 30 minute practice is accessible for all. Adult participation is strongly encouraged. This class is very popular and space fills up quickly. We encourage you to pre-register early. Check our schedule for upcoming pop-up classes.
The Empowered Young Woman
Teen Yoga & Mindfulness 6-week Series
This 6-week class series is for young women, who are experiencing stress or anxiety learn how to feel empowered so that they can develop positive body and self confidence, harness their authentic voice, and feel comfortable in their feminine power.
This program will explore the ancient wellness teachings designed to lead us to love and value ourselves so that young women are inspired to live with wisdom and self-worth.
Each class will include a grounding yoga practice, breathing exercises, meditation, self-reflection or journaling and conversation.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel and something to write with. Journals will be provided.
This class will meet weekly at our studio in Exton between May 18th - June 24th:

Session A - Ages 10-13 years old - Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm Also available is Session B - Ages 14-17 years old on Thursdays from 6pm-7pm.
