Classes at Zia Yoga & Wellness will suit the needs of every student from beginner to the advanced, seasoned practitioner. Each class style will offer advanced options for experienced yogis and modifications for those newer to the practice so they can safely learn the poses. The different styles offer our students the opportunity to pick a class that will fit the pace they desire. If you have a specific injury you are minding, please tell your teacher before class so that they can offer you the appropriate, safe modifications or alternative poses.
Also, if you are minding an injury, please inquire with us at email@example.com about private yoga sessions to work with a specific set of poses that will help to encourage healing in the body.
COVID-19 Updates: As of March 13, 2020, all of our classes are offered being virtually via live-streaming. This allows you to connect with the instructor and our yoga community during class because if nothing else, we are #inthistogether now more than ever.
