Candlelight Flow
7:30pm - 8:45pm
First Friday of the Month
Join the ZYW team on the first Friday of each month for a calming and rejuvenating candlelit slow flow class. Class is 75-minutes and includes a deep restorative savasana. All levels, although some exposure to yoga is encouraged.
Regular class rates apply. Space is limited. Pre-registration is encouraged.

Yoga Basics Workshop

Sunday, June 30th
This workshop will introduce the basics of yoga from the ground up. Geared for the beginner or those curious about yoga, it is designed to provide the basis necessary to feel confident attending a yoga class at our studio. We will introduce basic breathing techniques, alignment, yoga poses and the flow of a vinyasa class. Mats and props are provided. $25

Yoga & Music
Wednesdays, 10:30am - 11:00am
July 10th - August 7th
This engaging class combines playful yoga and dynamic music theory in a developmentally appropriate way – through story-telling, repetition, rhythm, physical movement, games and songs. Music naturally supports joy, expression, freedom and more. Children and their adults are able to explore body awareness, balance and flexibility through basic yoga poses as well as active instrument playing and singing. Together we learn to be expressive, playful, peaceful and free. All levels. For young children (walkers to about 7 years) and their adults. Older siblings are always welcome. Regular rates apply.

Reiki Training
Level 3 Shinpiden
August 9th & 23rd from 5:30-9:30pm
Level 3 (Shinpiden): This Master Level course will complete the Level 2 symbols with the Master symbol and other higher-level symbols. Students will learn more healing techniques and how to use stones, sound and oils for healing. Students will also gain more advanced training in with self, individual, and group healings. Textbook included. A Level One & Level 2 certificate is required and an understanding and use of level 1 & 2 symbols are required. Graduates from other programs are welcome. August 9th & August 23rd from 5:30pm-9:30pm. $325

Yoga on Tap

First Sundays at Stolen Sun Brewery in Exton
Stolen Sun, Exton's only craft brewing and roasting company hosts Zia Yoga & Wellness for Yoga on Tap every first and third Sunday of the month. Enjoy an all levels yoga flow class taught by Zia Yoga & Wellness in Stolen Sun's Loft. Afterwards, enjoy good company and good food made with love! This class includes your choice of a flight of craft beer, a farm-direct pour over coffee or hot tea. Good to know...

Dhyana Meditation Series

Sundays, July 7th - August 4th
Join us for this 5-week meditation course designed to help you relax, focus, and reset for the week ahead. In this class, you’ll get the support and accountability you need to start meditating, and keep going. You can expect simple guidance and space to breathe. You'll leave with the perspective and calm you need to meet the challenges ahead in the rest of your week. Perfect for the beginner or experienced meditator. Regular class rates apply.

Reiki Training
Level 2 Okuden
July 13th & 20th from 1-5pm
During the two days of this class, students will learn the Reiki symbols for Focus, Harmony and Connection. Mental/emotional healing meditations, symbol uses and meanings as well as distance healing will be taught following the level 2 attunement. Required textbook (not included) "Reiki: The Healing Touch - First and Second Degree Manual" by William Lee Rand. A Level One certificate is required. Graduates from other programs are welcome. July 13th & July 20th from 1-5pm. $180 investment with membership discount available.

Conscious Kids Yoga
Mondays, 5:30pm - 6:00pm
July 8th - August 5th
This class is full of energy, music and movement, and creativity. Designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and playful manner, our classes allow children to explore breath and body awareness, physical postures, balance and flexibility, mindfulness and more. Together we create a space for children to be themselves, mindful strong, compassionate and fully self-expressed. For children ages 5-12 years. Regular rates apply.

Join the Zia Yoga & Wellness Team for an all levels yoga flow class under the pavilion at Albert C. Miller Park in Exton, PA. Bring your own mat, props and water.
Class is donation-based. Proceeds support the 8th Grade Yoga Project which provides free yoga and mindfulness to 13-year olds in Chester County. Suggested donation $5-$10 per student.
