Yoga at School
Infused with asana, breath-work, and lessons for children for life both on and off the mat, our school programming is designed with children 2+ years old in mind. Our active and playful classes use developmentally appropriate songs, stories, and yoga movements to teach children how to self-regulate, grow with confidence, and be kind to themselves and others.
Why work with us? Working with the ZYW team your company gets access to our highly experienced, professional Yoga & Wellness Instructors who have specialized training and current Federal and State clearances to work with children.
Why teach children yoga? Studies show that children who participate in yoga have higher emotional regulation, empathy skills and report less stress, anxiety and overwhelm in their lives as they grow older.
