Zia Yoga & Wellness is hiring dynamic Enrollment Guides for in-person work at our Exton, PA studio.

What are we looking for? As an Enrollment Guide you will work closely with our management and teaching teams to grow our business through exceptional customer service, marketing, networking and branding activities with the ambition of expanding and diversifying our service offerings and clientele. Responsibilities of this position include:

Business Development

• Manages the the client journey including nurturing warm client leads, confidently conducting enrollment and sales conversations, and current client retention. 

• Maintains exceptional relationships with current and past clients, responding to inquires in-person, and via email/ sms/ chat, during scheduled shift.

• Assists new members during onboarding process including giving studio tours, assisting with online sign-up processes and follow up communication.

• Maintains and reports key financial indicators including new client conversion and client retention to Management Team.

Studio Management​

• Open and closes studio before and after classes, helps setting up space for students and teaching staff. 

• Staffs the front desk during public classes attending to all customer needs.

• Completes point-of-sale retail and drop-in class purchases.

• Maintains a well-stocked studio and retail space, assists with light daily cleaning and weekly cleaning tasks.

• Ensures studio space has current marketing and communication information. Updates signage, chalk boards, etc. as needed.

Leadership

• Serves as first point of contact for client support during shift and needs maintaining open lines of communication between clients, teachers and management team.

• Commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts

• Participates in special events (health fairs and community events) as a representative of the studio.

• Attends weekly 30-minute management meeting via zoom for support and development. 

• Is coachable and open to ongoing development as needed.

• Embodies a positive studio community by modeling integrity, empowerment and wisdom at all times.

• Supports voice of the studio through work in social justice, anti-oppression and community outreach.

 

This role requires a Federal Criminal Background check as well as Pennsylvania State Child Abuse Clearances.

Additional Details: Enrollment Guides work in-person at our studio in Exton, PA. We are currently hiring individuals who have availability at least 6-13 hours a week within the following time slots:

Mondays: 10:30am - 12:30pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 5pm - 8pm

Saturdays: 8am - 10am or Sundays 9:30am-11:30am
