At Zia Yoga we want all of our students to feel safe and informed. You can reference all of our policies here and if any questions should arise, please contact us at

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, services must be purchased and reserved online prior to class. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Cancellation Policy

​Zia Yoga and Wellness, LCC has a 6-hour class cancellation policy and that a full session fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 6-hours advance notice.

  • This policy allows us to pay our teachers for their time and commitment, therefore we cannot make exceptions for any reason, medical or otherwise. We thank you in advance for honoring this policy.

  • Clients with Unlimited Memberships who late cancel or no-show to small group classes will automatically be charged a late cancellation fee to the credit card on file in the event of a $20 late cancellation or no-show.


Refund Policy

All class cards, membership, service and workshop fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your innate wisdom and intention in choosing to attend a class or become a member of our studio. By accepting purchasing a class or service with us, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the services we offer. You further acknowledge that when you click, "pay now" you are affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in our services, you are taking full responsibility for your own success. 


Making Changes to a Membership Subscription

  • Pausing Membership. We have specifically designed our memberships to be accessible from anywhere, anytime and by anyone. Because all of our memberships include access to our on-demand library, which is accessible online 24/7 and includes classes and workshops that are both movement based as well as non-movement based, we are unable to pause membership subscriptions. 

  • Ending a Membership Early. If you need to cancel your membership, we require 30 days written notice to the email address We do not require a reason for cancellation, however if you have to cancel before the end of your contract period you will be billed a percentage of the remaining monthly contract at the time of cancellation as follows:  ( __% of monthly payment x number of remaining months).

  • Ending a Membership at the end of your Subscription. If you do not wish to continue your membership after your initial subscription period, we require 30 days written notice to the email address Memberships will be automatically renewed if notice is not given.


Expiration Policy

  • Single class card purchases expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • 5-class card purchases expire 2 months from the date of purchase. 

  • Membership expiration is based on the tier selected. Please refer to your membership agreement for additional information.


COVID-19 Policy for In-Person Services
(as of September 2021)

  • In order to practice safely and responsibly, masks are required for all students inside our studio at all times, class sizes are limited, we practice social distancing, ensure good ventilation, and adhere to all other COVID-19 prevention guidelines.

  • There is no requirement for the public to be vaccinated against COVID-19, but we encourage you to get the vaccination if you plan to return to the studio. 

  • If you cannot get the vaccine for any reason, we invite you to continue using our virtual on-demand classes (which are here to stay).
