Pre/Postnatal Yoga for Moms at any stage

This is Yoga For Moms at all stages: Prenatal, Postnatal & beyond.


No matter if you are expecting your first or fourth, just delivered or adopted a baby or if your babies are teenagers - this is a space to strengthen your mind, body and spirit and deepen your experience and enjoyment of motherhood. Each class is unique and includes:

  • Time to connect with other Moms/ Parents in your community

  • Relaxation and breathing exercises to ease stress

  • Simple, flowing movements and strength-building asana

  • Gentle and restorative postures to address and relieve common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts

  • Abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery

  • No yoga experience required.



Yoga Mama Classes are offered virtually from the comfort of your home. 

How does a virtual yoga class work?

You'll join us online in a private webroom from your preferred wifi-enabled device and we'll lead the class via webcam. During practice we will mute your audio and encourage you to leave your webcam on so our instructors can provide personal guidance.

What is the cost?
Yoga Mama classes are only accessible for Studio Members. We have two convenient auto-renewing Membership Levels:

  • Unlimited Monthly: Allows you to take as many virtual, outdoors and pre-recorded classes as you'd like each month.

  • Flexible Monthly: Enjoy any 4 virtual classes per month - ideal if you plan on practicing once a week. Plus members only discount on additional drop-in classes.

How do I sign up?
Sign up for these classes on the Mindbody App or our online schedule at least 1 hour prior to class in order to receive the code for class via email. If you are unable to attend, simply cancel the class in your account.

What do I need to do before class?

  • Be sure to download and install Zoom on your preferred wifi-enabled device prior to your class. For your virtual practice, you will need a stable space for your zoom-connected device.

  • We recommend plugging in your device to ensure a stable connection throughout class

  • Create a quiet space so you can practice without interruption. Turn your device to "do not disturb" mode.

  • Set up your mat, props, and water. If you do not have a yoga blanket a firm wool blanket or towel is a good option.

  • If you like to listen to music during practice you can play your favorites at home (and we'll share some playlist recommendations too!)

How do I join the virtual class?
At least 15-minutes prior to the start of class, you will get an email with detailed instructions on how to join us online. This email will include a link, a meeting ID and the password. Please note that passwords for class are unique and cannot be shared with other students. A class admin will also be available in the chat window to assist with any issues.
