According to Ayurveda, the dark winter months are the time for accumulation. A time for building and repair, yet by mid-March most of us are left feeling a little too heavy, stagnated, and depleted. In Ayurveda, Spring is the ideal time for resetting the body and mind, and doing so now is an amazing way to transform your well-being for the rest of the year. Just as the snow melts and we remove our warm layers - our inner ecosystem yearns to shed excess, strengthen digestion, and melt away stagnation in the body and mind so we can feel renewed and awakened. Follow our intuitive blueprint filled with personalized Ayurvedic and Yogic practices that have been used for over two millennia to move into spring with a sense of ease, lightness, and clarity. This program includes: - 2 weeks of live learning and support - Personalized 9-day digestive reset roadmap which can be completed at any time throughout the spring season. - Ayurvedic resources and individual dosha assessment - Daily yoga, breath and meditation practices - Dietary guidelines, food cooking recipes and instructions - Online forum for questions, sharing, and reflections Program Schedule: All live calls will be held at 1 PM ET on, March 19th, March 21st, March 26th, March 28th, and April 2nd. PLUS session recordings will be available if you can't make it live. General Admission: $88 I Zia Monthly Members $54 with code: MEMSPRING24
