Service Description

This breath-inspired, vinyasa-style practice is filled with the rhythmic movement and reflective meditation of ancient yoga practices. This energetic but accessible class will help you develop a greater sense of self-awareness, strength, balance and flexibility and ultimately provide you with a direct experience of prana - or life energy. Each class is unique but may include the many variations of Namaskars (Salutations) as well as accessible variations of standing postures, inversions, heart-openers, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation. There are no prerequisites for this or any of our classes. Here at Zia, we lead in a way that encourages you to advocate for yourself; to reach inside your soul and find your inner strength. Be mindful of physical sensations and navigate your edge with curiosity. Distinguish discomfort from feeling unsafe. Let your teacher know if something feels painful or weird. Advocate for what you need and remember, you are your best teacher.

Cancellation Policy

Zia Yoga and Wellness, has a 6-hour class cancellation policy. A full session fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 6-hours advance notice. Clients with Unlimited Memberships will automatically be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 to the credit card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
