Mindful Strength


Service Description

This class bravely explores the balance between building muscular strength and stamina with compassion and sweetness. Expect activating breath practices, vinyasa-style rhythmic movements (with or without added resistance), mindful muscular toning, and plenty of space to nourish yourself in reflective stillness. p.s. There are no prerequisites for this or any of our classes. Here at Zia, we lead in a way that encourages you to advocate for yourself; to reach inside your soul, and find your inner strength. Be mindful of physical sensations and navigate your edge with curiosity. Distinguish discomfort from feeling unsafe. Let your teacher know if something feels painful or weird. Advocate for what you need and remember, you are your best teacher.

Cancellation Policy

Zia Yoga and Wellness, has a 6-hour class cancellation policy. A full session fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 6-hours advance notice. Clients with Unlimited Memberships will automatically be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 to the credit card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
