Service Description
Monday's Mindful Movement + Meditation class blends two of Yoga's traditional paths - asana (postures) and dhyana (meditation). We'll start with the slow, breath-inspired movements of sun salutations to create a sense of warming and grounding. Then, we will settle into space for silent reflection and guided meditation. There are no prerequisites for this or any of our classes. Be mindful of physical sensations and navigate your edge with curiosity. Distinguish discomfort from feeling unsafe. Let your teacher know if something feels painful or weird. Advocate for what you need and remember, you are your best teacher.

Cancellation Policy
Zia Yoga and Wellness, has a 2-hour class cancellation policy. A full session fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 2-hours advance notice. Clients with Unlimited Memberships will automatically be charged a late cancellation fee of $20 to the credit card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. ** Please text the studio if you aren't going to make it to class so we can remove you from the roster and open space for other students.
