Training Logistics 

What to bring:

You should bring pens and journals, meditation cushion if you prefer for sitting on your mat, snacks for short breaks, comfortable clothes for yoga and/or your workshop, and your yoga mat.  We have blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks available for use during your training. We also recommend bringing a refillable water bottle so that you can stay hydrated throughout the training.


The Training Center:

Zia Yoga & Wellness is a yoga and wellness studio based in Exton, the heart of Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania. Exton is easily accessible from the western Philadelphia suburbs, northern Delaware and central PA. There is one main practice space, ample restrooms and a water fountain. You will need to bring food/snacks with you. There are many delicious dining options within walking distance of the studio including a Whole Foods which is a short walk and remains open before and after training hours, so it’s a great pre or post-training stop. A pre-order lunch service is available during Saturday & Sunday training sessions.


Flow of the Training: 

During the course of the weekend our classes and content will vary. Our 12-1 weekend lunch includes group work. Our lunch and break schedule may vary slightly to accommodate content and there will be a break for every 2-3 hours of content. AWE is on Friday and Saturdays, with the option to attend any public Sunday Classes. MEET will have expanded program hours. LEAP has expanded program hours during their assisting weekend.


In order to maintain the integrity of the program, and to uphold your commitment to show up 100%, we cannot allow any late arrivals without prior notification.


Connect on Facebook:

Once you’re registered, you will be invited to join the Facebook group for the program. A link will be sent to you via email from our program coordinators. This is a great place to connect, gather information, arrange ride shares or program lodging, and share your excitement with your fellow participants.


How to Arrive 

The studio is located on Business Route 30 at the intersection of Route 100, just a few miles south of the Downingtown exit on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and quick Uber ride away from the Exton Amtrak and Septa Regional Rail Station. It is located at 321 E. Lincoln Highway, 19341. There is ample parking onsite.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). Miles from studio: 30

Lancaster Airport (LNS). Miles from studio: 41 


Travel by Train

There is a Septa & Amtrak station 1.4 miles from the training center. 

Septa’s Paoli/ Thorndale Regional Rail Line connects with the Exton station at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
