Children's Yoga
Our children's yoga classes are infused with asana, breath-work, and lessons for children (and their adults) for life both on and off the mat.
FREE Yoga Story Time Classes
Designed for families with children 1 - 5 years in mind, this playful class leads young children through songs, stories, and yoga movements to build a foundation for literacy, self-regulation, confidence, and kindness.

Cost: ​​Yoga Story Time classes are offered FREE to families in partnership with the Chester County and West Chester Libraries through the PA Health Literacy Program.

Children's Yoga Birthday Parties
We LOVE celebrating birthdays at Zia. Celebrations are tailored to the age, interest and theme of your choice and we keep everyone moving with fun yoga games.
Yoga Party Package:

Exclusive access to our studio space for 90-minutes

Yoga ends with soothing foot rubs and relaxation time

Led by our experienced and energetic staff with current PA and Federal Child Abuse Clearances

Bring your own snacks, pizza and sweet treats to enjoy with friends after class
Party Investment: $350 for up to 10 children (+$30 for each additional child over 10)

Secure your date with a 50% deposit. The balance, plus any additional charges are due the day of the party.

If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, there is a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hour forfeit the 50% deposit. ​
