School + Youth Programs

Teaching life lessons, both on and off the mat, our youth and school programming emphasizes self-regulation, focus, and social-emotional development, while also providing tools that can be reinforced within the classroom environment.

Why work with us? Working with the Zia team, your company gets access to our highly experienced, professional Yoga & Wellness Instructors who have specialized training and current Federal and State clearances to work with children. 

 

Why teach children yoga? Studies show that children who participate in yoga have higher emotional regulation and empathy skills and report less stress, anxiety, and overwhelm in their lives as they grow older.

What type of programs do you offer? Programs are custom-built and designed to support students across a range of developmental, physical, and learning needs through structured, adaptive movement and mindfulness practices.

 

We offer fully customizable programs for groups of all sizes and have outlined our most popular offering below:

 

​Weekly Children's Class. Fully personalized, weekly 30-minute yoga class for up to 15 children with a Zia teacher customized to your group's ages and needs.

​

  • Weekly sessions starting at just $75/ week

  • Travel fees for locations 5+ miles from the studio may apply

​

Have something else in mind? Send us a note and we will work with you to create a custom package to suit your program's needs.​

Celebrate Your Child's Birthday at Zia

Celebrate every milestone with mindfulness, movement, and lots of giggles. Even the grown ups will leave relaxed!

Yoga Party Package:

​

  • Exclusive access to our studio space for 90-minutes

  • 45 minute fun-filled yoga class

  • Yoga ends with soothing foot rubs and relaxation time

  • Led by our experienced and energetic staff with current PA and Federal Child Abuse Clearances

  • Bring your own snacks, pizza and sweet treats to enjoy with friends after class

 

Party Investment: $350 for up to 10 children (+$30 for each additional child over 10)

 

  • Secure your date with a 50% deposit.  The balance, plus any additional charges are due the day of the party.

  • If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, there is a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hour forfeit the 50% deposit. ​
