This immersive workshop combines yoga, evidence-informed birth education, and partner support techniques to help both the birthing person and their chosen support person feel prepared for the journey ahead—and the first days of welcoming your baby home. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Pregnancy changes both people in different ways.

Birthing parents experience the physical transformation of pregnancy. Support partners are learning how to provide meaningful support through an experience they cannot fully anticipate.

Partner Yoga for Childbirth + Beyond offers space to slow down, learn together, ask questions, practice together, and strengthen the partnership that will carry you through labor, birth, and the early postpartum weeks.

Rather than memorizing a "perfect" birth plan, you'll develop practical tools that can adapt alongside your experience.

What Makes This Different?

This isn't a traditional childbirth education class. It's an embodied learning experience.

Through movement, breathwork, guided discussion, hands-on practice, and partner exercises, you'll build skills that are easier to access when they matter most.

In yoga, we practice meeting each moment with steadiness, presence, and adaptability. Birth asks many of the same qualities.

 

While we cannot predict every turn of the journey, we can cultivate the capacity to respond with awareness, compassion, and trust.

Instead of simply learning about labor, you'll experience tools you can return to throughout pregnancy and birth.

This immersion welcomes:

  • Partners, spouses, co-parents, family members, or friends serving as the primary birth support person

  • First-time and experienced parents

  • Families planning vaginal births or cesarean births

  • Anyone interested in preparing for birth through movement and connection

 

No yoga experience is required. All practices can be modified for your body, pregnancy, and comfort.
