Perinatal Yoga

Studies show that parents who participate in Yoga have better birth outcomes, and report less stress, anxiety, and overwhelm in their lives.

Perinatal Yoga is an inclusive class open to anyone on the perinatal journey (preconception through postpartum at any stage) who want to be part of a supportive and welcoming community where they can safely and openly discuss the joys and challenges associated with fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood. Young babies (6wks - crawlers) are welcome to attend class along with their postnatal parents.

Upcoming Series are held on Thursdays from 5 pm - 5:45 pm
