Recognizing a disconnect in the support systems for pelvic floor health and pregnant and postpartum individuals, our team of yoga teachers, Doulas, and birth workers founded a community in 2018 to foster a unified village of parents.

Perinatal Yoga might be right for you if you are ... 

  • A pelvic floor owner (spoiler: that means all of us!) Whether you’re navigating issues like pelvic floor pain, incontinence, core weakness, or struggling with mood swings, fatigue, or overwhelm, this gentle, supportive practice helps you rebuild strength, improve function, and regulate your nervous system in a safe, inclusive space.

  • Working through fertility or pregnancy loss and craving space for sharing and support from others in the same and different stages of parenthood who have been there.

​​

  • Currently pregnant in any trimester and want to learn how to move and thrive in your changing body, alleviate common pregnancy symptoms, and feel more confident as a birthing person.

​​

  • Recently had a baby or still struggling with lingering postpartum issues like pelvic floor pain, incontinence, mood swings, depression, fatigue, or overwhelm, and want to feel more confident as a parent.

Partner Yoga for Childbirth + Beyond

An immersive, supportive partner yoga experience for labor, delivery, and early postpartum.

Stronger Together.

​Explore and cultivate support, deepen mutual trust, and increase connection during labor and childbirth. Partners will learn hands-on techniques to support their pregnant partners throughout the pregnancy, the childbirth process, and postpartum healing.

Who is this workshop for?

 

This workshop is open to individuals who are currently pregnant or planning a future pregnancy, as well as their parenting partner, friend, family member, or doula. No prior experience with yoga or our studio is necessary.
