Studio Classes & Offerings

Classes at Zia focus on accessibility through the use of props and intentional pacing. You will notice our teaching is adapted based on the class style, time of day, and season, as well as the mobility and energy level of our students. We ask you to be mindful of physical sensations and navigate your edge with curiosity, distinguishing discomfort from feeling unsafe and knowing you have the agency to opt-out, find a different movement, or ask for help at any time.
