Member Services Manager

Zia Yoga & Wellness is hiring a dynamic Member Services Manager

for part-time, in-person work at our Exton, PA studio.

​WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

​

As a Member Services Manager, you will work closely with our management and teaching teams to grow our business through exceptional customer service, communication, enrollment, and branding activities with the ambition of expanding and diversifying our service offerings and clientele.

​

​

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Client Management

​

  • Manage our soul-mate client journey including nurturing warm client leads, confidently conducting enrollment and registration conversations, and retention of current clients. 

​

  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with current and past clients, responding to inquiries in-person, and via phone, email, SMS, and chat, during scheduled shifts.

​​

  • Onboard new clients including giving studio tours, assisting with online sign-up processes, and follow-up communication.

​​

  • Maintains and reports key performance indicators of the business, including client conversion, active memberships, client retention, monthly expected revenue dollars, and reports to CEO weekly

​

Studio Management

 

  • Ensures an extraordinary customer experience, staffs the front desk during scheduled shifts attending to all customer needs, and completes point-of-sale retail and service purchases.

​​

  • Maintains a clean, welcoming studio environment, including ensuring a well-stocked studio and retail space, assisting with light daily cleaning and weekly cleaning tasks, opening and closing studio before and after classes, and helps setting up space for students and teaching staff during scheduled shift. 

​​

  • Supports clear communication including ensuring the studio space has current marketing and communication information. Updates signage, chalk boards, etc. as needed during scheduled shift.

​​

Leadership

 

  • Serves as first point of contact for client support during shift and maintains open lines of communication between clients, teachers and management team.

​​

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts.

​​

  • Is coachable, committed to self-inqiury and personal growth work and open to ongoing development as needed.

​

  • Is a role model for integrity, empowerment, and wisdom at all times and supports the mission of the studio through work in social justice, anti-oppression and community outreach.

​​

  • Represents the studio brand in a positive way while working and participates in paid special events (e.g. Pridefest, Vendor Fairs, Zia Fest, etc.) as a representative of the studio.

​

This role requires a Federal Criminal Background check as well as Pennsylvania State Child Abuse Clearances.

Starting hourly pay of $18/hour plus quarterly profit-sharing based bonuses (and salary increases) available after 1-year of employment and PTO eligible after 120-days of employment.

REQUIRED SCHEDULE

 

This position requires a set weekly schedule including 6 hours in the studio (around class schedule) and 1 hour remote for management meetings.
