A quiet, meditative class with longer-held shapes, soft lighting, and space to turn inward. Expect a slower pace, gentle sensation, supportive options, and moments of reflection or silence. This class invites patience and presence while supporting mobility, tension release, and nervous system balance.

Cancellation Policy
Zia Yoga and Wellness has a 2-hour class cancellation policy. No-shows or late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to a full session fee or in the case of unlimited subscriptions an automatic charge of $20 to the credit card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class within the 2-hour cancellation window, please text the studio at 610-463-0161 as soon as possible so we know not to expect you and can make space in the class for other students.
