Yoga is a call to action.
In urgent times, we need more than asana; we need embodied, creative leadership rooted in healing, justice, and joy. Imagine yourself in 2026, immersed in a sanctuary of soulful activism where rest, reflection, and renewal fuel your passion and purpose. This is Changemakers, a four-month journey for leaders, healers, and visionaries ready to embody yoga’s full purpose and lead from inner work to outer change.
About the Changemakers Collective
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, this 4-month program helps you reconnect with your wholeness, reclaim your energy, and rise as a force for healing and transformation in your community.
We are on a mission to cultivate a vibrant national wellness collective of dynamic thinkers and Changemakers who powerfully forward the practices of Yoga to catalyze positive social change.
Sacred Teachings For Modern Living
Through accessible self-inquiry practices, movement, meditation, and collective care, you’ll explore yoga as a tool for both personal liberation and social change. Expect heart-opening rituals, creative expression, laughter, and moments of deep stillness, reminders of what healing feels like when it’s shared.
Together, we’ll reimagine wellness as a pathway toward collective empowerment, belonging, and repair one another through the following curriculum:

Practical Philosophy + The Roots of Yoga.
-
Experience yogic teachings through all 8 limbs of Yoga as a framework for living and leading with purpose.
-
Modern applications of Yogic Philosophy through ancient texts, including the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.
-
Accessible asana study to build movement practices that reclaim the body’s inner luminosity and radiant, peaceful mind.
-
Daily meditation and pranayama (breathwork) practices for nervous system regulation and renewal.

Collective Care + Restorative Change.
-
Build safety and belonging through co-regulation, mutual support, and community-rooted healing practices.
-
Move beyond individual healing to repair ancestral and generational harm, rebuild relationships, and co-create liberatory systems.
-
Break cycles of harm with somatic tools, nervous system care, and deep self-awareness.
-
Stillness practices for courage in times of change.

Empowered Leadership + Social Transformation.
-
Reclaim your power and learn how to transform conflict into composure and compassion.
-
Avoid appropriation and other ethical issues in Yoga and wellness in our Western culture.
-
Lead with clarity, resiliency, and authenticity, honoring your story, lineage, and your wholeness.
Changemakers Alchemy
Discover the alchemy, practices, and rhythms designed to nurture your unfolding and evolution as a Changemaker.
Bimonthly Saṅgha Calls
Saṅgha, or community gatherings, happen twice a month on Wednesdays at 1 PM ET on Zoom. They are recorded for later viewing in case you can't attend live or want to rewatch. These 60-minute sessions provide time to integrate new topics, assimilate self-paced learning tools into real life, complete group work, and connect with your Changemaker Peers and our leadership team.
Daily Sādhana
For the duration of your program (and hopefully beyond), we invite you to set aside 5-10 minutes each day for Sādhana, or a daily ritual practice. Sustainable practices will be designed together with care and support during the first week of our program.
Svādhyāya Self-Study
Svādhyāya, or structured inward learning, includes reading, videos, and pre-work completed before and in between the Changemaker Live Calls. Some of these assignments are self-paced for the duration of the program, and others will have suggested completion dates based on the schedule of your individual program. You will need to set aside about 2 hours each week for your self-paced learning and reflections.
Changemakers Kula
Kula is a Sanskrit word for “community,” emphasizing a sense of belonging and inclusion. The Changemakers Kula is a private online forum where you can share insights, ask questions, and be supported and be in support of your fellow Changemakers.
Embodiment Partners
Every two weeks, Changemaker trainees will complete a 30-minute Embodiment Assignment with another cohort member. These can be completed via Zoom, phone, or in person and are arranged at times that are agreeable to you and your partner for each assignment.
Living Integration Project
The Living Integration Project is the culmination of your journey, a personal expression of how the teachings have taken root in your life. Through reflection, embodiment, and creative application, you’ll bring together the insights, practices, and inner shifts that have shaped your path. This project invites you to translate your learning into a lived, meaningful offering that reflects who you are becoming as a Changemaker.
