Service Description

Aging well is not about pushing harder; it’s about moving smarter, listening deeply, and cultivating resilience from the inside out. This 2-hour immersive workshop blends mindful yoga, movement education, and restorative practices to support strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and mental clarity as we age. Rooted in modern research and the Yoga for Healthy Aging® approach, this experience offers practical tools you can begin integrating into your daily life right away. Together, we’ll explore: 💪 How to build functional strength and bone health safely 🙆🏻‍♀️ The role of flexibility and fascia in everyday movement 🤸‍♂️ Simple, effective practices for balance and agility 🧘🏾 Breathwork and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and support focus 😌 Deep rest through Restorative Yoga and Reiki-inspired energy work This workshop is gentle yet empowering, educational yet deeply nourishing. No prior yoga experience is required, and all bodies are welcome. You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and more confident in how you care for your body, now and in the years ahead. Investment: $54 Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive. This workshop will be offered with a minimum of 8 participants to ensure both a rich group experience and an intimate learning environment.

All classes, memberships, and workshop fees at Zia Yoga & Wellness are non-refundable. For private services and workshops, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a service credit applied to your account. * Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the full workshop fee.
