Perinatal

These inclusive classes are open to anyone on the perinatal journey (preconception through postpartum at any stage) who want to strengthen mind, body and spirit with a class designed to help people deepen their experience of the perinatal journey. Learn relaxation and breathing exercises to ease stress, enjoy flowing and strength building movements for abdominal and pelvic floor toning as well as gentle and restorative postures to address and relieve common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts and to enhance postnatal recovery. Studies show that birthing parents who participate in Prenatal Yoga have better birth outcomes and parents with a regular yoga and mindfulness practice report less stress, anxiety and overwhelm in their lives.
