We’re looking for someone bright, cheerful and confident, who loves movement and wellness to join our wellness leadership team in Exton, PA. It’s a part time gig, but it’s not the gig economy. It includes competitive hourly pay, unemployment benefits, paid weekly marketing meetings and monthly staff meetings, and unlimited free yoga (both in the studio as well as unlimited streaming in Zia's Virtual Studio.

What's the role? Collaborate with our leadership team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies including: 

 

• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from customer relationship management systems (CRM) and ongoing marketing campaigns

• Assist in the design, theme and content of marketing and promotional activities across multiple channels (e.g. social media, web, print, etc.) 

• Support in materials for on-site and off-site special events (health fairs and community events).

• 4-6 remote, flexible hours per week primarily working independently plus a weekly 30-min zoom call with the leadership team.

• Committed to developing your Self through personal work in social justice and anti-oppression (paid for by the studio).

What skills you bring to the table... 

​

• Working knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications including CRM tools, Google Ads, Google Workspace tools, Instagram and Facebook).

• Experience in small business marketing, design and copywriting (experience with Canva a plus).

• Strong passion for the marketing industry, its best practices and how they relate to small businesses.

• Hands-on experience and a degree or (or a degree in progress) in a related field.

• Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone. A laptop will be provided.

This is a W2 employment position with hourly pay based on experience. It’s a part time gig, but it’s not the gig economy. It includes competitive hourly pay, unemployment benefits, paid weekly marketing meetings and monthly staff meetings, and unlimited free yoga (both in the studio as well as unlimited streaming in Zia's Virtual Studio. Additionally, staff receive discounts on workshops and teacher training plus yearly Continuing Ed around anti-oppression themes paid for by the studio.
