Service Description

Perinatal Yoga is an inclusive class open to anyone on the perinatal journey (preconception through postpartum at any stage) who wants to be part of a supportive and welcoming community where they can bravely and openly discuss the joys and challenges associated with fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood. *Thursdays from 5:30 pm - 6:30pm* --> April 18th - May 23rd Each week you will have time to connect with other pregnant people and parents in your community, learn relaxation and breathing exercises to ease stress, enjoy flowing and strength-building movements for abdominal and pelvic floor toning as well as gentle and restorative postures to address and relieve common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts and to enhance postnatal recovery.  Young babies (6wks-crawlers) are welcome to attend class along with their postnatal parents. What to bring: * A yoga mat and a filled water bottle * If you're bringing your baby, bring a second blanket to place under your baby along with anything else you’ll need to keep yourself and baby comfortable during class (e.g. toys, feeding or diapering needs, etc.) Investment: $209 for the 6-Session Series *Current monthly members -> Please message us for the promo code to sign up for FREE * What if I can't make all 6-sessions? If you know you aren't able to attend all 6 classes, we can pro-rate the series (for up to 2 missed sessions) with advance notice only. We're happy to offer you an account credit towards additional classes if you are unable to attend all 6-classes due to the birth of your baby or medical bed rest/ hospitalization. *Please note class and series purchases are non-refundable. This policy allows us to pay our teaching staff for the time and expertise and thus we are unable to make any exceptions, medical or otherwise, thank you in advance for honoring this policy.
