Philosophy + Workshops

Yoga philosophy helps us connect to what is deeper and truer inside of us; those aspects of our being that are normally not acknowledged or honored by our daily activities. If you think of yoga only as a physical workout, you’re missing out - because yoga includes so much more: philosophy, breath, spirituality and additional practices.  Learning the philosophy helps you understand the why behind these ancient practices and avoid appropriation of these thousand year old teachings. When you understand why you’re doing something in a particular way, it gives meaning and context.
