Here is everything you need to know about making a change to your membership:

• We require two weeks' advance notice of your next autopay date to process a request. If your next billing date is within two weeks, we will process your request for the following billing date.

• Please note that we do not accept changes to membership subscriptions by text, email, chat, or verbally.

• You can pause your membership for a minimum of three weeks and a maximum of three months, no more than once per calendar year*.

• Discounts on your monthly membership may not be available to you in the future if you cancel your membership and come back at a later date.

We appreciate your innate wisdom and intention in choosing to become a member of our studio, thus membership and workshop fees are non-refundable. This policy allows us to pay our teachers for their time and commitment, therefore we cannot make exceptions for any reason, medical or otherwise. We thank you in advance for honoring this policy.

Depending on which Mini subscription term you selected, unused classes are handled as follows:

Mini Monthly: Each month on your auto-renewal date, your classes will reset back to 5. Unused classes from previous months do not roll over and are non-refundable. We offer 70+ in-studio classes each month, plus you always have access to unlimited classes in our Virtual Studio, so there are plenty of chances to get on your mat!

Mini Annual: Upon the start of your subscription you automatically get access to all 60 of your annual classes (5 classes per month x 12 months). You can use these classes at your throughout your 12-month term. This is a wonderful option for anyone who has a schedule that changes often throughout the year. Unused classes from your 12-month term do not roll over and are non-refundable.

UNLIMITED & WISDOM + WELLNESS MEMBERS: Attend as many classes as you want during your billing cycle.

MONTHLY MEMBERS: Mini Monthly Members can purchase a Single Class Pass for additional classes booked over their allotted classes.

YEARLY MEMBERS: Mini Yearly Members get access to a total of 60 classes (5x classes per month for 12 months) at the start of their membership term to use at their leisure throughout their 12-month term.

If you use all of your classes before the end of your membership term, you can purchase additional Class Passes or it may be time to upgrade your membership membership tier!
