Zia Yoga & Wellness is an inclusive community that honors and embodies all aspects of the spiritual and transformational wellness practices of Yoga. There are no prerequisites for this class and all experience levels are welcome. At Zia, we lead in a way that encourages you to advocate for yourself; reach inside your soul, and find your inner strength.

 

Please bring a yoga mat, a beach towel or firm blanket, and a filled water bottle.

 

There are no public restrooms onsite. Please plan accordingly.

In case of inclement weather, the class will be canceled via text/ email an hour before the start time. Please check your messages before you leave for class.
