Perinatal Yoga

What is Perinatal Yoga? Strengthen mind, body and spirit with a class designed to help people deepen their experience of the perinatal journey. Each week you will have time to connect with other pregnant people and parents in your community, learn relaxation and breathing exercises to ease stress, enjoy flowing and strength building movements for abdominal and pelvic floor toning as well as gentle and restorative postures to address and relieve common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts and to enhance postnatal recovery.

Who is this class for? This is an inclusive class open to anyone on the perinatal journey (preconception through postpartum at any stage) who want to be part of a supportive and welcoming community where they can safely and openly discuss the joys and challenges associated with fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood. Young babies (6wks-crawlers) are welcome to attend class along with their postnatal parents.
